I could do this (except I inherited the machine and it came with a Logitec mouse
and only the .sys, no .com file). But, my question is more generic (eg. ansi.sys).
I sometimes have the need for different system configurations. I used to have several
config.sys files (yes, I know about DOS 6.x's multiple boots). But, now with WfWG,
some of the drivers (the network stuff) is not in the config.sys, but rather the
system.ini. I thought it might be easier to keep my config.sys the same for all
configurations and change the transport line in the system.ini (only 1 file has to
be changed).
I realize there are probably other ways to solve this problem, but I am more concerned
with how WfWG treats the drivers it loads with 'net start'. I realize MS doesn't tell
you to load other drivers this way, but I still want to know if anything is done
differently from the way a driver gets loaded at boot time?

Subject: Trumpet Winsock
How can I register my copy of Trumpet Winsock? I tried to email to the
address in the documentation but I got no reply and the mail did not
bounce. Has anybody out there registered?
