  23. I could do this (except I inherited the machine and it came with a Logitec mouse
  24. and only the .sys, no .com file).  But, my question is more generic (eg.  ansi.sys).
  25. I sometimes have the need for different system configurations.  I used to have several
  26. config.sys files (yes, I know about DOS 6.x's multiple boots).  But, now with WfWG,
  27. some of the drivers (the network stuff) is not in the config.sys, but rather the
  28. system.ini.  I thought it might be easier to keep my config.sys the same for all
  29. configurations and change the transport line in the system.ini (only 1 file has to
  30. be changed).

  32. I realize there are probably other ways to solve this problem, but I am more concerned
  33. with how WfWG treats the drivers it loads with 'net start'.  I realize MS doesn't tell
  34. you to load other drivers this way, but I still want to know if anything is done
  35. differently from the way a driver gets loaded at boot time?

  53. How can I register my copy of Trumpet Winsock?  I tried to email to the
  54. address in the documentation but I got no reply and the mail did not
  55. bounce.  Has anybody out there registered?
